Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Our CRM is based on the principle that nobody in the database should be forgotten or "fall off the table" unless they are a "dead" lead. In this respect, customers need to be maintained and prospective customers need to be cultivated into customers.

The advantages of using our CRM include the following:

  • Upload Contacts from spreadsheet.
  • Create, edit, delete contacts.
  • Unlimited groups and contacts can be allocated to any number of groups.
  • Bulk SMS individual contacts or groups.
  • Bulk email individuals or groups.
  • Schedule SMS or email for any future date, including re-occurring dates/occasions eg: birthdays.
  • Automatically send SMS or email according to a pre-defined event eg: when a new contact is captured.
  • Set reminders related to contacts, for example if you phone someone now you can set a reminder to follow up next week, the CRM will email or SMS you to remind you.
  • Contacts can be created as prospective customers and the system can regularly remind you, by email, to contact them, so that they are not forgotten.
  • Prospective customers can be categorized as Hot, warm, cool, cold or dead leads and can be progressed from prospective customers to customers.
  • Contacts can be customers for a certain product or service and be a lead/prospective customer for another of your products or services. In this respect, someone might be a customer for one product, a hot lead for another product and a dead lead for yet another product.
  • Create work-flows, for example if a customer asks for a quote, it will remind you to do the quote, then it could be programmed to also, after a few days remind you to follow up and check if the quote has been accepted, after a set period of time and if you indicate that the quote was accepted, it can prompt you to send a proforma invoice, for the deposit, etc.
  • In this way, it can prompt you by email to carry out any process of steps which you might need to preform and receive feed-back from you via email so that the next part of the process could be carried out depending on your response and according to a pre-defined standard procedure.
  • This mechanism is driven by our BPC (Business Process Communicator), - the engine that drives the CRM.
