The development process

• Preliminary Interview.
• Programmers meet with the client to understand the client's requirements.
• Systems analysis and design.
• The developers do a detailed systems analysis to determine client's requirements.
• The developers do a detailed systems design specification of the proposed system
• Cyclic Development.
• The programmers do the data modeling, process modeling and create the application.
• When there is a working application, it is given to the client for evaluation.
• The client tests and gives feedback to the developer, who refines the product according to the client's exact expectation.
• After a finite number of iterations, the final software package is given to the client.
• Payments

The client pays for the specification and for the application. Payment for the specification must be made before the specification is done. Payment for the development can be made in three payments, 50% before the project begins, 40% on delivery and 10% on completion.
